Seasons Hospice and Palliative Care. Hospice is a program that focuses on quality of life. It is most helpful during the final six months of life expectancy. Hospice is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and many other insurance providers. No patient is ever denied care if he or she is unable to pay.
